I love when it is SUNNY here:)
I had a pretty relax and happy day. I went to our school theatre and watched Definitely, Maybe; it was a comedy and drama movie. I liked it. Worth to watch it just for once...I am just amazed how teachers here teach sexual matter to such a young child?!
I have listened to Jeerjeerak (http://www.extrapounds.com/blog/jeerjeerak) and had a big break fast today to increase my metabolism. Apparently it worked and I was eaten my lunch with a better appetite and then ate less in the afternoon and evening.
My activity today: 40 minutes walk, 20 minutes aerobics,
Calorie: 1154 (protein: 34, Fat:33 (9 sat), Carb: 190(17 fiber)
Water: 6 cup, multivitamin: no
Sleep: 11:30 Wake up: 7:00

Note: during last 2 days I was not hungry for most of the time during day time and then feeling so much hungry later in the afternoons and evenings, so I am taking2/3 of my calories during the evening, I should do something for it...

8 weeks program
I am going to start the 8 weeks program with Anar (http://weightloss.anarkhanoom.com/2008/04/193.php#more) to teach my body to have have a healthy life style. I am putting the table for this week here and I will fill it out every day.
Apparently exttapound doesn't let me to insert any table...How can I insert a table in extrapound??!. it doesn't let me to paste or insert any documents...??

A gloomy day
I had a gloomy day yesterday. it was mosly because of my advisor who most of the time ignores me. She was supposed to send me the final version of my paper on Wed and she posponed it to friday and still has not sent it to me. She is lazy and It is very annoying. I just need to tolerate this person for a few more months, although everybody says your advisor sticks to you for your life, but I hope when I graduate I will get rid of her. Also we last 2-3 days continously rained, today even snowed in the late April, can you believe it??!!. I am happy that I am moving soon from this place-:)
Yesterday calories: 1434 (22% fat, 57% carb, 21% protein)
Activity: No (except 2 hours talking with my husband, badbakhtesh kardam az bas ghor zadam!)
water: 5 cup. Iron: 7 mg. multivitamin: 1 tablete of airborn
wake up: 7:30, sleep: 12:30

A fine day
Activities: dancing: 30 minutes, walking: 30 minutes.
Calories: 1561 (56% carbohydrate, 27% fat, 17% protein).
Iron: no, multivitamin: no, water: 4 cup
work: 11am -4pm, 4-7pm ( attended a talk and workshop)
I had ground beef (broiled) with potato and zuchiini for lunch. after that I had GI pain, and a lot of gas. I should watch my diet to see what is causing this, recently this happens more frequently.

I should complete these post for the calories and activities that I had during last 4 days. I was busy, or didn't have internet to update here. From now on I just try to list my calories, activities and work daily.

I swam for 1 hour:)
Calories taken: 1670
My Activity today: Dancing (for 30 minutes, 150 calories), Swimming (1 hour, 420 calories)
Slept:11:30 pm, got up: 7:30 am.
Work on my paper: Nothing...??!! Just wanted to have a relaxed Saturday:)
Water: 4 cups, multi Vitamins: No, Iron: 15mg (slow releasing supplementary)
Breakfast: Milk (a cup) Whole bread (6 grain, 2 slice), Feta cheese (1.5 cubic cm), Orange juice (1.5 cup)
Snack morning: Appale (1 medium) , Edamame: (0.5 cup)
Lunch: Brown rice (1 cup), Chicken (half leg), Icetea (1 glass)
Afternoon snack: mushrooms and zuchini (cooked in 1 spoon olive oil)
Dinner: Salaad ( lettece, tomato, green peas, corn with fresh lime juice)
(I was so hungray and wanted so much to eat cheetoz (pofak), and I didn't cook anything for dinner. First I thought I will go for grocery tonight and will buy one cheetoz too, but finally decided not to go and just made a delicious Salad, What a Good Girl I am!(dare nooshbeh bara khodam baz konam-:)
Although I didn't worked on my paper, But my day was very good and I am happy:)
I was hungry again before sleeping and ate a cup of cereal and milk!

Lunch: Brown rice (1 cup cooked with oil), ground beef (0.5 cup cooked), Iced tea (1 glass) Orange (1 medium)
Afternoon snack: edamama (0.5 cup)
Dinner: Brown rice (2 cup, I ate alot-;(-), Chicken leg (half, bone less), Yougart (3 table spoon) orange (1 medium)
Work start: 11 am, worked for 4 hours ((mainly on my first manuscript)
